Peter Ireland - Principal

Peter Ireland is a leading designer of major residential, entertainment and hotel projects in China and Australia. He has worked across the spectrum of scale, from planning whole cities to retirement villages.

Peter is currently working on four projects in China: CITC Cultural Square is a new urban park and commercial precinct in Beijing; Cambridge Waters consists of a town centre and residential accommodation for 8,000 residents in northern Shanghai; a new lakeside hotel in Huangshan province integrates luxury with environmental sustainability; and a new residential neighbourhood in Jin Sha Zhou focuses on the idea of community. He has reached the final short list in many international design competitions including first prize in the 1998 Slovanskè Square competition in Brno, Czech Republic, which he shared with Vladimir Sitta.

Peter Ireland是一名著名设计师，在中国及澳洲均有主持设计大型住宅、娱乐及酒店项目的丰富经验，接触各类规模的项目，从规划整个城市到养老村设计。

Peter目前正在设计4个中国项目：CITC文化广场是北京的一处新城市公园及商业区；康桥水都（Cambridge Waters）是上海北区一处供8000人居住的住宅项目，包括一个小区中心；黄山一处将豪华与环保永续发展完美结合新湖滨酒店；而金沙洲的一处新住宅项目则注重于营造社区氛围。他在许多国际设计竞赛中名列前茅，包括与Vladimir Sitta联合在1998年捷克布尔诺Slovanskè广场设计竞赛中获一等奖。
